01. Data Collection
SmartCard AI collects data necessary to provide intelligent credit card services. This includes personal information (name, contact details, KYC documents), financial data (income, credit history), and behavioral data (spending patterns, merchant categories).
02. AI & Machine Learning
We use your transaction data to train and improve our AI models that power reward optimization, fraud detection, and budget recommendations. All data is anonymized before being used for model training. You can opt-out of ML-based features at any time.
03. Data Processing
All data processing occurs on encrypted servers located in India. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our AI inference happens in real-time with sub-100ms latency for fraud detection.
04. Data Sharing
We share data only with: RBI-regulated banking partners for card issuance, credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax) for credit assessment, and fraud prevention agencies. We never train third-party models on your data.
05. Your Rights
Under DPDP Act 2023, you can access, correct, update, or delete your data. You can download your complete data archive at any time. Request data deletion by contacting privacy@smartcard.ai.
06. Security Infrastructure
Our infrastructure includes: SOC 2 Type II certified data centers, 24/7 security monitoring, biometric access controls, regular penetration testing, and an ISO 27001 certified management system.
